St George’s set for revamp

The St George’s shopping centre in Harrow is set for a revamp, following a commitment from the council to spruce up the surrounding public realm.

The Outer London Fund funded improvements to the area seem to have prompted Redefine, who acquired the centre for £68m in 2011, to spend on an internal refurbishment, as they seek to let unoccupied units.

The Harrow Times reports Redefine are set to spend “to maximise commercial opportunities”.
