St George has submitted an application to vary their planning permission for the Ealing Filmworks development, whihc would add 48 homes to the scheme on the former Empire site.
The new application would remove some commercial floorspace on Mattock Lane and Barnes Pikle and make changes to internal layouts. Some of the building heights change marginally.
The plans would lift the total number of new homes by 48 to 209, but would not affect the proposed completion date.
The cinema at the scheme will be an eight screen Picturehouse, and will open in 2019. Retailer already signed include Vapiano and Planet Organic.
