The Spires shopping centre in Barnet has been put on the market.
UBS told the Barnet Times it has already received interest from buyers for the centre which has an asking price around £35m.
The site includes the shopping centre and its car park, as well as the Barnet Market site, which is presently the subject of improvement plans.
