Plans have been submitted for a 150 home development at Park Royal’s southern gateway.
The outline plans, submitted on behalf of Mr. Denis Georgiou by Harper Planning Consultants are for a site at the junction of Chase Road and Victoria Road, close to North Acton station.
The scheme, designed by Child Graddon Lewis, involves building a four to eighteen storey building providing ground floor commercial space and 150 flats on upper floors. It has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
