South Fulham plans set for approval

whiffen and hurligham wharvesPlans to build 500 riverside homes, shops and offices on a site earmarked for the construction of the Thames “Super Sewer” are set for approval.

The plans, by Fulham Riverside West Partnership for the sites defined by Whiffen Wharf, Hurlingham Wharf and Carnwath Road Industrial Estate, would provide 71 new homes with office and affordable business space on Whiffen Wharf, office space, a public square, restaurants and 148 new homes at Hurlingham Wharf, and shops and restaurants at Carnwath Road Industrial Estate with 255 new homes.

Costar reports the plans have been recommended for approval by council officers.
