Shapps announces New Homes Bonuses

West London councils will benefit, with Brent receiving £1,065,343, Ealing £1,120,353, Hammersmith & Fulham £909,107, Harrow £678,832, Hillingdon £1,848,758, and Hounslow £1,362,781.
