SEGRO has signed up three tenants to its Metropolitan Park Estate in Greenford.
Millennium Foods, Henry & Sons UK Windows and Timeline Television have all taken space on the A40 estate. Existing tenant Wolseley has also renewed its present lease and taken an additional unit.
Henry & Sons UK Windows is relocating from its existing premises at SEGRO’s Tudor Estate, which will enable the phase two redevelopment there to proceed.
SEGRO has made almost 150,000 sq ft of lettings at the scheme since 2014.
