Segro has agreed to sell Great Western Industrial Park for around £100m. Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) has placed the Park near Heathrow under offer.
The Southall-based park is one of the largest in West London, and home to Noon Products and Le Pain Croustillant. The sale is the first since Segro completed the takover of Brixton.
Property Week reports Segro has no plans to sell any of its other newly acquired large assets this year, but instead intends to integrate them into its business.
