SEGRO and Aviva Investors, through their joint venture, Airport Property Partnership have pre-let a 150,000 sq ft facility to DHL Express in Poyle.
The deal is the largest pre-let APP has signed to date and is on a 25 year lease. DHL Express will relocate from its current smaller premises at SEGRO’s Orbital Park and will make the building its southern hub.
Subject to planning, SEGRO will demolish the current buildings on the site in Poyle during June 2015 and will hand over the building to DHL in April 2016.
