SEGRO has announced a trio of new lettings at Metropolitan Park, Greenford, to two Supercar businesses and to one of the oldest wine merchants in the UK.
Belgravia Supercar Rentals Limited is taking approximately 5,500 sq ft to store supercars for its rental business, while R.A.N Supercar Clinic, a newly incorporated business, is taking more than 6,000 sq ft and intends to use the space for detailing and wrapping Supercars with paint protection film, and Chalié Richards, a wholesaler of Artisan Wines and Spirits, is taking just over 12,000 sq ft to use for storage and distribution.
Alan Holland, Business Unit Director, Greater London, SEGRO, said: “We are delighted to welcome our three new customers to Metropolitan Park, one of SEGRO’s most diverse urban warehouse parks by customer base. The site is now virtually fully let, with just 2 units totalling 24,000 sq ft remaining, further highlighting the high demand we are experiencing for urban warehouse and logistics space around Greater London.”
