Schroders’ have acquired The Building in Chiswick, as part of a £31m transaction with NorthStar Realty Europe.
The investor’s Regional Office Property Unit Trust has bought three buildings in the transaction.
The Building is a 21,700 sq ft office scheme with the ground floor retail unit let to The Co-Op. It is adjacent to Chiswick Park. Tenants include Deloitte and Berry Appleman & Leiden.
