Imperial College’s White City innovation hub – Scale Space – has leased nearly half its space.
The 200,000 sq ft building on the White City campus provides space and resources to rapidly growing companies, some of which have spun out of the university. Imperial are working with investment firm Blenheim Chalcot on Scale Space to support innovation in sectors including fintech, health-tech, technology and media.
A further 60,000 sq ft will be available in Q1 2021, with 40,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space planned for 2021.
