Sandown Properties has submitted detailed plans for a new office development in Fulham.
The plans, designed by Marek Wojciechowski Architects for the site at 160 – 164 Hurlingham Road, involve the demolition of the existing buildings, except for the facade to 160 Hurlingham Road, and the construction of a two-to-four storey storey office building. The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
