Lend Lease have submitted detailed plans for a redevelopment of the Salesian College site in Battersea.
The plans would produce 104 new homes and a refurbished college and community centre on the site at 47 Surrey Lane. They involve the demolition of some buildings and the construction of a secondary school and sixth form college, replacement accommodation for The Salesian Community House, and 104 new homes.
