Rugby Estates has sold 64-66 Glenthorne Road in Hammersmith to the Commonwealth Telecoms Organisation for £1.7m. The just sub-5,000 sq ft property was sold by Forst Meadowcroft. Meanwhile Landsec has sold an industrial unit in Sudbury to Cordea Savills for £20m, according to Estates Gazette.
Colliers CRE are marketing a Hounslow pub – the Duke of York – as a redevelopment opportunity. Chancerygate are marketing sites in Southall (2.76 acres) and Uxbridge (2.7 acres) as part of a wider programme of disposals. Additionally, 7 Gayford Road W12 is also on the market – a three storey freehold, vacant building with D1 consent marketed through Lambert Smith Hampton, in need of some attention.
