ROKBUILD beats five to Sikh School

The £10m contract to build a new school in Southall has gone to ROKBUILD, who beat off stiff competition to win the job.

Also on the list were Galliford Try, Mansell, Osborne and others in what was evidently a competitive bidding process.

The new school, Khalsa VA Primary, will be on the site of Norwood Hall on Norwood Green Road. The scheme, designed by ACP Architects, involves demolition of the existing buildings, and their replacement with a three storey primary school with associated nursery.
