Rockingham plans refused

Centremark’s plans for the site of the Rockingham Arms have been refused, again.

The previous plans for flats were refused last year, now new plans have also been turned down on the basis that they constitute “over-development in a cramped site, and would not compliment the adjoining River Fray”.

See the Uxbridge Gazette coverage.
