Riverview International Investments have had plans to convert Riverview House into student accommodation approved.
The plans, designed by Alan Power Architects, will convert the former council office block on Beavor Lane into 95 self contained student accommodation units, together with alterations to the fifth and sixth floors and the construction of a new seventh floor.
The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
