RHPC have had outline planning refused for their Taylor Woodrow site.
The £4.1m scheme would involve demolition of exisitng buildings, and construction of a third floor extension to the southern block, together with internal/external alterations, including provision of balconies and terraces, and recladding two former office buildings to form 83 flats. 32 would be affordable.
The scheme also includes the provision of 43 surface car parking spaces, a children’s play area and provision of 98 cycle parking spaces.
