Plans for a 195 home redevelopment of Reynard Mills have been recommended for approval, at the fourth time of asking.
The former 2.4 ha BBC industrial yard in Windmill Road, Brentford, has been the subject of a series of applications ranging from 315 homes to the present plan for 195. All have been refused, and one refused at appeal.
Owner Invista’s plans involve the demolition of the existing buildings and replacement with 195 homes and a nursery. Officers have recommended approval.
Invista have an agreement to sell the site to Notting Hill Housing conditional on planning consent being granted.
