Resolution Property has completed the purchase of Vantage London in Chiswick.
A 12-storey landmark building on the north side of the Great West Road, in West London, Vantage London has 117,263 sq ft of office space, with tenants from a varied and vibrant host of businesses, including Regus, Cineworld, GL Education, Asurion, Pole to Win, GCS Compliance Services, Metropolis Global, Royal Jordanian Airlines and Worleyparsons Europe.
Vantage London has benefited from an extensive refurbishment over the past three years, creating an excellent environment for its occupiers, including on site Café, gym, shower facilities and more than 300 parking spaces.

The Vantage Building is situated in the historic industrial core of Brentford, through which the Golden Mile established itself as a leading strategic industrial route after it was constructed in the 1930s. In 2014, the Hounslow Council commissioned a master plan for Golden Mile, culminating in increased development interest and activity.
