The “Jubilee Line Corridor” is a residential property hotspot according to a survey just published.
Property prices on the “Jubilee line corridor” in north west London have recovered faster since the crash than in any other part of London, according to research. from Zoopla.
Of the top 12 London postcodes, five “property price hot spots” are on the Jubilee line. St John’s Wood (NW8) unsurprisingy tops the list alongside Swiss Cottage (NW3), but NW2, NW6 and NW10 are all showing price growth. While the strongest effects will be seen in areas like West Hampstead, the regenerative potential of this rise, linked no doubt to the Jubille Line’s connection to jobs in the City and Docklands, is strong for Wembley, Harlesden and Kilburn.
