Regal Sinclair Road have submitted plans for a residential development in Olympia.
The plans, designed by Grid Architects for the Nomis Studios site at 45-53 Sinclair Road involve the demolition of the existing buildings at 45-51 Sinclair Road and the redevelopment of the site to produce a new five-storey building and a new two-storey building, together with refurbishment and conversion of 53 Sinclair Road. This will provide 54 flats, of which 40% would be affordable, while retaining the arch feature on Hofland Road.
The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. RENEW Planning Limited
