Redrow Homes have submitted detailed plan for a 307 home scheme on the Homebase site in North Finchley.
The plans, designed by TP Bennett for the site at 679 High Road, involve the demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide 205 private flats and 102 affordable flats in six buildings ranging from four to nine storeys. There will also be a new pedestrian route and access link, private amenity space, communal amenity and podium gardens.
