Redrow are consulting on plans to build around 600 homes in a redevelopment of TfL land around Harrow-on-the-Hill station.
The site includes the bus station, office and retail area by the northern station entrance; and the car parks and land around the southern station entrance.
The scheme offers public realm improvement in Lowlands Recreation Ground to the south of the station, and the station environs including a new station plaza at the heart of the project. The scheme promises 35% affordable homes.
The project aims to create a new gateway to Harrow while improving accessibility to Harrow-on-the-Hill train station, and redesigning Harrow-on-the-Hill bus station, improving capacity and making it safer.
A planning application is expected midway through 2019, with an anticipated start on site in 2020.
