Redefine International has submitted plans for a 308 home development in Harrow Town Centre.
The plans are for the former Land Registry site – Equitable House and Lyon House in Lyon Road – which was also home to the Valuation Office and some HMRC staff until they relocated last year.
The buildings would be demolished and replaced with eight blocks up to 13 storeys containing 308 flats.
Redefine told the Harrow Observer that over 90% of respondents to their pre-application consultation favoured the redevelopment of the site.
