Red Creative heads for Victoria

Red Creative, a design and photographic agency for the fashion retail market, is set to move to SEGRO’s Victoria Industrial Estate, which is becoming something of a media hub.

Red Creative, which offers a full in-house design and marketing service, will take Unit 4 on the estate, a 10,463 sq ft facility, for a photographic and design studio.

Clare Holmes of Red Creative, who has worked for companies such as Sainsbury’s, Liverpool Football Club and Marks and Spencer’s, said: “Opening new photographic studios in West London will allow us to continue to work for some of the leading fashion retailers. We believe the new state-of-the-art facility will help us to maintain our position as one of the UK’s most creative fashion retail design agencies and give us exciting opportunities to to develop our client list further.”

Ken Butcher of SEGRO added: “We are pleased to welcome Red Creative to Victoria Industrial Estate, as we feel this letting further highlights the transformation of the estate into a West London media hub.”
