Rash of occupier deals

A sequence of deals for occupiers is reported in West London.

Blink, who operate private jets, is moving in the Hyde Park Hayes. It's taken around 4,000 sq ft in the Hines development on a five year lease at £21.50/sq ft.

US Airways have taken around the same amount of space in Landmark House in Hammersmith at £26.50, while business travel company Airplus International is heading for Chiswick Park. The company is taking a ten year lease on 5,500 sq ft at a rent reported to be £36/sq ft.

Trendy photographer Mario Testino has set up a studio in the Yellow Building in Notting Dale mainly occupied by Monsoon as a corporate HQ.

Personnel Hygiene and Mr Clutch Autocentres have both taken arounf 5,000 sq ft in Segro's Chesterfield Way site in Hayes, while Andrew Porter, the removal's firm, have taken 35,000 sq ft in their Stockley Close property in West Drayton.

And also in Hayes, Franking machine producer Pitney Bowes has leased 34,000 sq ft at Abacus Investments' Waterways Park.
