Ramsey sells Devonshire

The lease on the Devonshire gastro pub in Chiswick has been sold.

The pub, owned by Gordon Ramsey’s company, closed in June 2010 saying the market was struggling, and has not reopened since.

Nick Gibson, who also owns Islington’s Drapers Arms, has acquired the Enterprise Inns lease, and is reported to be planning to reopen in July. The pub will serve a similar menu to its succesful north London sister and a bar snack menu featuring pork pies, haggis and pork sausage rolls, and courgette fritters.
