Quintain to lead Wembley Park tours at Capital West London Growth Summit

Delegates at the Capital West London Growth Summit will be offered guided tours of Wembley Park, gaining the inside track on the huge £3billion regeneration project transforming the site and the opportunities it offers.

Quintain, the developers delivering one of London’s most exciting new neighbourhoods, are supporting the event that takes place at the Drum at Wembley on Tuesday, October 30.

During lunch, attendees will be given the chance to look around the wider site and all the latest developments as well as the existing build to rent portfolio. Three tours, led by senior members of the Quintain team, will be available:

Masterplan – led by Quintain’s Head of Masterplanning and Design, Julian Tollast, this tour will take in the vast scale model of Wembley Park and walk the 85-acre site and cover the history of the site and plans for the future.

Build to rent – led by Tipi’s Managing Director, Rajesh Shah, this tour will take in the four existing building’s in Quintain’s build to rent portfolio, as well as view the scale of ambition at Wembley Park as Tipi looks to a future of having up to 5,000 homes under management at Wembley Park.

Development & Construction – led by Quintain’s Executive Director of Construction, Matt Voyce, this tour will discuss the logistical challenges and opportunities of developing at such a scale and pace next door to one of the world’s most iconic locations.

James Saunders, Chief Operating Officer, Quintain, is just one of an impressive line-up of speakers assembled for the Growth Summit. Saunders will be discussing Wembley Park and the wider placemaking outlook across West London in a panel discussion titled: Destination, Destination, Destination.

Wembley Park’s food market traders – streetdots – will be providing a delicious lunch, from cuisines from all across the globe, for delegates on the day.
