Quintain has submitted outline plans for the Fulton Road section of their Wembley Park development.
The outline application is for the redevelopment of the Stadium Retail Park and former Fountain Studios site, 1.7 hectares bound by Fulton Road, Olympic Way, Wembley Park Drive and the College of North West London.
Stadium Retail Park has tenants including McDonald’s, Lidl, and Currys. Fountain Studios is currently vacant.
The new plans would provide 4000sqm of retail, office and leisure space, around 680 new homes, and 25,000 sqm of non-residential institutional space – a potential new university – in buildings up to 25 storeys high. Other options contained in the plans include student accommodation, and a further 315 homes.
