Quintain reshapes leadership team

Quintain has announced that Angus Dodd, the current Chairman, is to replace Max James as CEO.

Dodd will become Chief Executive with effect from 27 June 2016. Max James is stepping
down as Chief Executive but will continue to work as a consultant to the business.

Mr Dodd is currently Chairman of Quintain, and a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate at Lone Star, Quintain’s owners. Olivier Brahin, President of Lone Star in Europe, will become Chairman of Quintain.

Simon Carter, who joined Quintain from British Land in 2015, will remain as Chief Financial Officer.

Quintain has also appointed Sir David Higgins, and Professor Ricky Burdett, as Senior Advisers to the board.

Angus Dodd said: “I am delighted to be taking over as Chief Executive at such a pivotal moment for the business following the recent approval of a new Masterplan for Wembley Park by Brent Council.”
