Quintain annual results announcement was, as expected, very positive about their Wembley Park investment programme.
During the last year they have opened the London Designer Outlet, and gained consent for Emerald Gardens – a 475 home development.
They have now sold 73 homes at an average £570 per square foot, while LDO is now 90% let and has been visited by 2.5 million people.

This creates an excellent baseline for the wider development, where we hold consents to deliver 5,000 new London homes.
