Quintain and Grainger have both announced they are raising funds through rights issues.
Qunitain will raise £183m, and Grainger £238m in fully underwritten rights issues. Both will use part of the funds to reduce debt, and the remainder for investment. Quintain will aim to use part on bringing forward the next phase of development at Wembley. Grainger are a preferred developer partner (with Helical Bar) on the King Street regeneration scheme around Hammersmith Town Hall.
