Fairview New Homes’ detailed plans for a redevelopment of the Queensbury, a pub in Willesden, have been refused.
The plans would have delivered 53 new homes in a ten storey building on the site at 110 Walm Lane. Council officers had recommended approval, but members voted to refuse.
