The continuing Wembley Masterplan consultation is to have a public meeting on January 13.
The consultation first opened in August 2008. Feedback from residents and businesses, and detail from new transport and infrastructure studies were presented to the Council in December, when further consultation was approved.
This began on 22 December and will end on 30 January 2009. The plans will be presented at a public meeting at the Town Hall on Tuesday 13 January and at the Wembley Area Consultative Forum on Wednesday 28 January.
Chris Walker, Head of Planning at Brent Council says: "Brent Council is determined to ensure that development within the land surrounding Wembley Stadium occurs in a coordinated way and delivers the maximum potential from one of London's most exciting regeneration opportunities."
The new masterplan covers an area of approximately 171 acres of land to the north and east of the land that has been granted outline planning permission owned by Quintain, and is broadly defined by Empire Way to the west, the two rail lines that converge from the north and south, and the River Brent in the east.
