Prologis is reported to be ready to buy 15 Central Way, a 70,000 sq ft industrial unit in Park Royal, for £23m.
The building is let to Santa Fe, and currently owned by Dulwich Estate. It is seen as part of a trend prompted by high demand for last-mile logistics hubs in London and the South East.
