Prologis have submitted detailed plans for the redevelopment of the former GlaxoSmithKline office at Stockley Park as two industrial units.
The plans for the site, on Ironbridge Road, have been designed by Michael Sparks Associates. It is next to Prologis Park West, and could roughly double the space on that park.
The plans involve the demolition of the 49000sq ft office building, and the construction of two industrial units with associated parking, access arrangements, landscaping and infrastructure. The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
Turley are handling planning for Prologis, who acquired the site in 2019.
