Prologis has acquired a fifteen acre site next to their existing Prologis Park near Heathrow from GlaxoSmithKline in order to expand.
GSK will lease back the site for a short period of time while it relocates employees from Stockley Park to its headquarters in Brentford. Prologis We expect that the expansion of Prologis Park West London will allow them to add a further 330,000 sq ft to the park.
This would take Prologis Park West London to over 750,000 square feet of industrial and logistics space, giving the company an operational footprint of over 1.9 million square feet in the West London market.
