Plans by Prologis to develop Prologis Park West London – 465,000 sq ft of industrial space on land next to Stockley Park – have been approved.
The plans for the 30-acre site will now be referred to the Greater London Authority (GLA) and because part of the site is in the green belt, to the Secretary of State for the Environment.
The plans also include landscaping the canal side area, and extended cycling and walking routes. Some parcels of landscaped land will be handed over to the council.
The developer says it could be home to 650 jobs.
