St Modwen have submitted plans for 85 more homes on St Andrews Park, their redevelopment of the former RAF base in Uxbridge, as well as unveiling plans for for 246 apartments.
The apartments will be delivered in four blocks by Galliford Try, and include both private rental and for-sale homes.
The plans for 85 homes involve a site on the edge of the new 40 acre park at the heart of the new community. Construction could begin in autumn 2017.
These will be the first portions of the site that St Modwen develop themselves, rather than selling a consent on to another housebuilder. The overall development has outline consent for 1,300 homes.
