Prince of Wales obstacle for Capco?

Hammersmith & Fulham Council has received a number of nominations to make the Prince of Wales pub – scheduled for demolition as part of Capco’s Earls Court regeneration – an asset of community value.

The pub on Empress Place was popular with Chelsea fans at home games, but has been closed since the beginning of 2016. Following the submission of five Asset of Community Value nominations the council has eight weeks to decide whether to grant them.
