Prince of Wales gets ACV

The Prince of Wales pub, on Empress Place inside the area of Capital & Counties regeneration of Earls Court, has been made an Asset of Community Value.

The former public house closed in 2015. The ACV status is unlikely to affect the redevelopment plans. Capco say they will be bringing forward plans for the site in due course.
