Landid Property and Brockton Capital have had their plans for The Porter Building in Slough approved.
The plans, designed by tp bennett for a site at 1 Brunel Way, will produce a 115,000 sq ft commercial office development. The Station Plaza development will target creative, digital and professional businesses.
The plans involve the demolition of the existing building on the site, which has been vacant since 2010.
Construction is expected to start in January 2016 with completion in August 2017.
