Pocket Living has submitted plans for a 24-storey residential tower in Wandsworth Town Centre.
Pocket say they sell homes at a 20% discount of local market rates to first time buyers earning less than a certain threshold, funded by £21.7m from the Mayor of London as part of his Housing Covenant commitment. The Mapleton Crescent scheme is their largest to date.
The tower will contain 86 new, with 63 of them affordable.
