Pocket Living’s plans for 80 new homes on land to the south of Woodside Park underground station have been recommended for approval.
The plans would produce two blocks of five-storey flats and have been revised since a refusal in 2019. They are now recommended for approval in the officer’s report. The revisions aim to help the blocks blend in better with the surrounding buildings, including locally-listed St Barnabas Church.
Woodside Park is near North Finchley town centre.
