Pocket Living’a plans for a 52 home development on the car park at Sudbury Town station have had their decision deferred by Brent Council.
The plans for the car park on Station Approach would have produced two five storey blocks of new homes. They had an officer’s recommendation for approval. Councillors had concerns over a lack of family homes, and the impact on traffic and parking. The application was deferred so council planning officers can assess the committee’s response and potentially Pocket can return with a modified scheme.
