Dholak have submitted plans for the redevelopment of a site in Northwood Hills as housing.
The plans, handled by Hillingdon-based Progress Planning for the client, involve the redevelopment of the site on The Broadway, 53-55 Joel Street, as a three storey building containing three one bedroom and four two bedroom homes.
The present building contains a gym and a convenience store.
