Transport for London and Catalyst Housing have submitted plans for a 118 home development on the car park at Canons Park Station.
The plans (pictured top), designed by Karakusevic Carson for the site at 229 Donnefield Avenue, involve the construction of three seven storey buildings. There will also be a TFL cycle hub and the re-provision of a 60 space public car park.
CBRE are handling planning.
The same team has also submitted plans for a similar, 128 home, development on the site of Rayners Lane station car park. This would produce four buildings of between five and six storeys, in addition to a cycle hub and the re-provision of a 75 space public car park.
