EHG Alperton have submitted detailed plans for a redevelopment of a site in Alperton which would provide 132 new homes.
The plans, designed by Pdp London for the site at 416 Ealing Road, involve the demolition of the existing building and the redevelopment of the site to deliver a building of between three and seven storeys in height containing 132 flats, with flexible commercial space across the ground floor. There is also associated outdoor communal amenity space at courtyard and roof levels, and a widened pavement along Ealing Road and Alperton Lane to accommodate new outdoor public space.
